Jan. 2026. We called to have a new dishwasher installed and the old one disconnected. Jessica was extremely helpful in setting us up both before and after the new one arrived. Nick and Carson did an excellent job, were personable during their time here, and even took the old dishwasher with them, all at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this company!

I can't recommend these guys enough!Our furnace decided to quit sometime in the wee hours of Christmas morning, the worst possible day out of the entire year.I did call a couple different furnace companies emergency lines, with no luck.Not only did A and E pick up the phone after 2 rings, they were at our place within half an hour of calling them. The gentleman got to work while we celebrated our Christmas morning opening gifts. He figured out the issue quickly, and happened to have all of the right parts to fix it. We were able to enjoy the rest of our Christmas, warm.I can't thank them enough for helping us on a day they should be with their families. Forever grateful for this company, and I will recommend them every single time.

I called A+E to check my furnace on the Monday before New Years and found out we needed a replacement. They set up an arrival time, Adam showed up on time, with everything needed to check it out, showed me what was wrong and provided pricing to repair or replace. I decided to replace and the job was done within 2 days, no mess, no cleanup required after the job was done. My high efficiency Carrier furnace was replaced by a high efficiency Trane furnace which in comparison seems quieter and seems to move more air......and my wife agrees! I will continue to rely on Justin and his crew for any future plumbing or heating needs and would highly recommend them. I am confident the rest of the crew are as courteous, personable and professional to deal with as Justin and Adam, which makes this is the company to deal with!

A+E came highly refered for plumbing work and the initial work was well done. As our project progressed, we found ourselves chasing A+E representatives for followup.Upon completion of the work, damage was observed to flooring that was not reported to us. We communicated with management to which it was described as not reflective of company standards. No callbacks for resolution was ever made.Extremely let down by this business and would not recommend due to our experience.

Both of my tandem water tanks failed one day. Mitch came to the rescue and got one of them working and installed plumbing, bypassing the broken tank, to give us hot water again. He recommended that the now working tank be replaced but that I should choose one of his competitors because he was booked up and was concerned that the remaining tank would fail before he could replace it. Exceptional, fast, truly caring service. I recommend A+E highly.

We chose A+E for a 2nd opinion on our 2013 furnace after receiving a shockingly expensive and questionable diagnosis of replacement from another company as our only option.The gentleman from A+E explained in understandable layman terms what the problem was and went so far as to suggest that this particular part for our brand of furnace may be covered under warranty/recall and that he would research that for us!That turned out to be the case, and they managed to have the part air freighted, and squeezed us into their busy schedule on the Friday before Thanksgiving, 3-4 days earlier than originally thought.Everyone we spoke with, from the initial visit, the office staff, the journeyman who did the repairs, and Justin, the owner were a pleasure to talk to, communicated well, and truly had our best interest in mind.We highly recommend making A+E your 1st choice when searching for any furnace related issues.

A+E is a perfect example of how a service company should operate. They responded immediately to a call for service.. They sent a competent technician to investigate our problem and with the assistance of his colleagues put in place a temporary solution so we would have heat until a specialized part could be ordered. They provided a quote for the part and called immediately to arrange to install it when it arrived. After the part was installed the final invoice was submitted honouring the verbal quote. At every step of our interaction they ensured that we were satisfied with their service and thanked us for our business. No wonder this company has a five star rating. I would give them six stars if it was available. Highly recommended for quality service and integrity.

They answered my call right away with friendly service and set me up with a technician for the same day. He was prompt, knowledgeable, very polite and efficient. Finished installing my new “smart” thermostat, explained exactly what he did and had the furnace working better than ever in under an hour. (and they only billed for 1/2hr) I’d recommend them and use them again in the future for sure.

I would love to give 5-stars, they are friendly knowledgeable, fair priced and everything seems to working well.However their payment system is inconvenient at best medieval at worst. I would only knock .5 off for that if I could but Google be Google so 4 stars it is.I would recommend just be prepared to pay cash or use your time machine to get your cheque book from the 90's to pay for large bills... Or pay a ridiculous fee to use a credit card.
